What’s your typical project timeline?
Timelines vary based on scope and availability, but most projects range from a few weeks for single-room styling to several months for full-service interiors. We’ll provide a clear timeline after your initital design consultation.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to request adjustments or cancellations.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery. Custom, final sale, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
