3. In-Store Pickup Only

At this time, all purchases made through our online store must be picked up in person. We do not offer shipping or delivery.
When your order is ready, we will contact you using the phone number or email you provided at checkout.
You may be required to present a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up your items.
If someone else is picking up the order for you, you must notify us in advance so we can verify permission.
Unclaimed orders may be canceled or restocked at our discretion if not picked up within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Product Availability and Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product information, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
However, colors, materials, finishes, and textures may appear differently on screen than in person due to lighting and device display settings.
All products and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout where required by law.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the payment options provided in our online store.
We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store full credit or debit card information.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. All Sales Policy / Returns

Because most of our products are curated furnishings, decor, and design pieces, all sales may be considered final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
We may, at our sole discretion, allow returns or exchanges on certain items in new, unused, resellable condition within a limited time window after pickup.
Custom orders, special orders, opened items, used items, or items damaged after pickup are not eligible for return or refund.
If you believe an item is defective or was not as described, please contact us at before attempting to return it.
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree that you will not:
- Use the website or store for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the website
- Use false or misleading contact information when placing an order or inquiry
- Attempt to access data that does not belong to you
