1. Overview

Design Theory Interiors is proud to offer a convenient online shopping experience combined with personalized, in-store service.
While we do not currently offer shipping or delivery, we make it easy for customers to browse, reserve, and pay online for pickup at our Huntsville location.

2. No Shipping or Delivery at This Time

All online purchases must be picked up in person at our store. We do not offer shipping, local delivery, or third-party courier services at this time.

Customers will be notified by phone or email when their order is ready for pickup.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving to ensure your items are prepared and available.

3. Order Pickup Process

When picking up your order, please bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Your order confirmation email or receipt

If you wish to authorize someone else to pick up your order, please notify us in advance so we can verify authorization.
Orders should be picked up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.
Unclaimed orders may be restocked or canceled at our discretion.

4. Payment Methods

All online transactions are securely processed through Square, a trusted payment provider.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Payments are authorized at checkout, and charges appear under “Design Theory Interiors” on your billing statement.

We do not store or have direct access to your full card information.
All payment details are encrypted and handled exclusively by Square for your protection.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable Alabama sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout and included in your total order amount.
Tax rates are based on our store’s physical location and may vary by jurisdiction.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before pickup, please contact us as soon as possible at or (256) 909-7045.
Orders already processed or prepared for pickup may not be eligible for cancellation.
